Tankless water heater conversion and Water Connections — Northdale

Project Overview

The Challenge

The existing storage heater occupied utility-room floor space, and its plumbing had to be adapted for a wall-mounted replacement.

Our Solution

Removed the storage heater, mounted the EcoSmart unit, and adapted the water connections using the recorded PEX and copper piping. This entry describes the plumbing portion of the conversion.

The Outcome

The wall-mounted tankless unit replaced the storage tank, changing the equipment footprint and water-connection layout.
